These terms apply to every order placed on this site. By ordering, you accept them. Nothing here is one-sided — if something goes wrong, talk to us and we will sort it.
1.Orders and acceptance
Your order is a request to buy. It becomes an accepted order when we confirm stock and payment, or when the courier collects it.
We may decline an order where stock has run out, where the price was listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to your address — and if we do, we refund you in full.

- Prices are in BDT and include applicable duties
2.Pricing and payment
The price on the product page is the price you pay. If a listing was wrong and we have already taken payment, we will contact you before shipping.
Payment is due on delivery for cash orders, or at checkout for online payment and bank transfer.

- Full refund if we cannot fulfil an order
- No hidden delivery or handling surcharge beyond the stated charge
3.Stock accuracy
Our stock information is updated continuously but cannot be perfectly live at every moment. If we discover an item is unavailable after taking your order, we will offer a substitute or refund immediately — never quietly ship something different.
4.Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
