Contact us
Call the shop if you can. There is no support desk between you and the people who actually stock these shelves, so you get an answer from someone who knows the product.
What people usually call about
Check before you order
Ask whether something is in stock today. We would rather tell you no now than have you wait two days for a parcel that gets cancelled.
Warranty or a problem
Have your order number ready if you have one. If the product is faulty, bring it in — we look at it with you there.
Wholesale and bulk
For shop orders and corporate gifting, call the store directly. Those are handled by the same people who work the counter.
Returns and exchanges
We inspect the item in front of you and confirm immediately. No forms, no waiting on a ticket.
Opening hours
We have not published a fixed timetable yet, so we will not put one here and risk you turning up at a closed door. Call 01903-473500 and we will tell you when we are open.
